Low air volume - high velocity design saves energy. Thorough, automatic daily wash-down with hot water and detergent. Full length inspection panels provide easy access to the grease extraction chamber. Exhaust only "Save-Air" or makeup air systems. Pre-wired, UL Listed fluorescent or incandescent lights.	95% grease extraction efficiency. Controls are computerized (PLC) for reliability and flexibility. "Anti-Flame" protection with fire damper and built-in water barrier for duct and plenum. Custom fabricated to meet architectural needs. ETL Listed with or without exhaust fire damper.
