Caddy Corporation- Bridgeport, New Jersey is pleased to announce their new showroom and training center. Caddy will also work with organizations such as FCSI to award points for continuing education.

Caddy’s new showroom has working equipment installed with many special features to show the plethora of options available. The exhaust systems will demonstrate everything from basic baffle style to the latest in UVC and energy management exhaust. Designer hoods with architectural details, specialty lighting, and decorative finishes will also be present. The UDS section will give the participant full understanding of the benefits and flexibility of incorporating a UDS into their project. The conveyor systems will show both tray make up and soiled dish conveyors with focus on front service areas and back of the house sorting. Another exciting area will be the POD and support equipment with a fully functional room to design, configure and test the equipment.

Tom Carter Caddy’s Vice President of Sales will be leading many of the seminars. He has over 30 years of industry experience and is considered one of the country’s leading experts on ventilation. He has even authored a book “Kitchen Ventilation Systems”. Other seminars will be given by industry professionals and senior Caddy department heads. Carter says” This has been a long time coming, we have listened  for years to our reps, dealers, and consultants that Caddy needed a place to demonstrate our equipment and teach about important subjects such as fire safety codes, energy management, efficiency of space, and reducing operating costs. Now we do, and the timing couldn’t be more perfect. Commercial kitchen design is changing especially in the large dining and cafeteria style segment. There is a real need for our energy efficient innovative design that not only looks good but functions.”

Whether you are looking for general knowledge on Caddy’s equipment or you are in need of learning more about, building codes and environmental regulations that govern your exhaust systems, Caddy is the place to go.
